Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire.

Welcome to Ashok Hall Girls’ Higher Secondary School, a school of Tomorrow—where the future begins today.

The founding father of this legacy School, Sh B.K Birla, was a visionary and a philanthropist. The importance he gave to girls’ education in an era, where it was yet to be, is phenomenal. The School began in 1951 and the Ashok Hall group together has 6000 students today.

At our School we are redefining what education means in the 21st century and beyond. Our mission is to empower students to become creative thinkers, ethical innovators, and global citizens equipped to thrive in a constantly evolving world.

Learning here goes far beyond the traditional classroom. We blend cutting-edge technology, real-world problem solving, and a deep commitment to sustainability, empathy, and purpose. From our labs to collaborative digital studios, from virtual global exchanges to personalized learning paths—every student is encouraged to explore, experiment, and imagine without limits.

Our vision is bold, but so are our students. With a future-focused mindset and a community rooted in curiosity and compassion, we are building not just learners, but the leaders and changemakers of tomorrow.

With a paradigm shift in education scenario, the landscape is becoming diverse. The “one-size-fits-all” approach is no more   acceptable.

We provide immersive learning to mentees., engaging multiple senses. From STEAM, to Sports and Visual and Performing Arts, the canvas is vibrant with many hues.

Our Teachers are culturally responsive. They understand the unique needs and backgrounds of their students and create inclusive learning environments, building bridges between varied ways of thinking and different cultures, they connect the dots to create innovative new approaches.

Though we believe in digitalisation we are aware on what makes us human and how we complement, not substitute technology. We are nurturing our children to be lifelong learners.

And so we continuously imbibe the culture to learn, unlearn and relearn.

Education as an institution would always thrive to keep society together.

Through digital modules and flipped learning our teachers are facilitators personalizing learning, adapting to a world where continuous upskilling is essential.

Emotional intelligence, resilience and mental health as social skills are prioritized. So we are continuously extending project based learning, internships and partnerships.  This is helping make sure students question the why behind what they are learning and making them future ready to apply it in real contexts, once they step out of the portals of this School.

Giving our children wings to fly in an unknown tomorrow, is the commitment we stand by.

Looking forward to see our pupas, find wings of butterflies!

With warm regards
